Attending the Angels in Adoption™ celebration in Washington, DC may be cost prohibitive for many well deserving, selfless awardees.  Each year, CCAI offers small scholarships to the neediest of individuals, who have given all of their resources to children in need.   If you have been selected as a 2012 Angel in Adoption™ and  would otherwise be unable to come to DC because of the expense of travel, please fill out the following application.

The deadline to submit your application is August 8, and you will be notified of the decision by August 10. Applicants must be able to travel to Washington, DC and attend all Angels in Adoption™ events September 10-12.
