The Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (CCAI) cordially invites you to participate in our annual Angels in Adoption™ Advocacy Fair. The 2012 Adoption and Foster Care Advocacy Fair will take place on September 10 at the DoubleTree Hotel Crystal City in Arlington, VA. Last year, 140 Angels in Adoption™ and their families and friends attended this event. The Adoption and Foster Care Advocacy Fair will enable your organization to reach out to distinguished individuals in the field of adoption and foster care and to have your mission be heard by those individuals who have made a tremendous impact in the field.There is no cost to exhibit.

2. Set- up:

a. Each organization will have one 6 or 8 foot table available for their use and two chairs. Table assignments will be given upon arrival.

c. The room will be open at 8:00 a.m. for set-up.

b. Your table must be set up by 8:45 a.m. the morning of the advocacy fair.

3. Tips for successful exhibit tables:

a. Include a sign, display, or stand-alone banner in which organization name is clearly visible.

b. Have take-away information available detailing organization mission, goals, initiatives, and special programs.

c. Include a signup sheet for individuals interested in more information or to join your mailing list.
